While employed at EDAW, a global landscape architecture and planning firm, Chad played an instrumental role in design projects for: George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate, FEMA, Schuylkill Banks in Philadelphia, The Tampa Riverwalk, and Texas State Parks. Chad has also held teaching positions at the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington DC.

For more than 14 years, Becki Hack has been an enthusiastic and energetic leader of education and change, working with Fortune 500 corporations, non-profits, governments, communities, and individuals. She has served as a lawyer, business best practices benchmarking manager, writer, and organizational change consultant. Becki has worked with organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Deere & Co., Air Products, Boeing, Office Depot, Chevron, Coors, Bank of America, HP, Texas Instruments, IBM, ConocoPhillips, UPS, and Northrop Grumman Space Technology.
Becki has managed projects, delivered training and presentations, and published articles and reports on numerous topics including business process management, operations, knowledge management, teams, continuous improvement, performance measurement, and change management. Being an advocate for knowledge’s role in innovation, she is especially pleased to have co-authored a book on education best practices, Educators in Action: Examining Strategic Improvement Efforts (APQC 2004).

Rebecca's professional journey has ranged from a Fortune 500 corporation to a small wholesale business, as well as a job with a non-profit teaching English in China.
Commited to personal development and inspiring others to lead fully engaged lives, her proudest achievements include: completing the SF to LA AIDS Ride (on a mountain bike); completing a 23 day Outward Bound alpine mountaineering program in Alaska (at age 30 when the average age of the other participants was 18 and 80% male); and training for and completing a marathon and three century bike rides while raising thousands of dollars for cancer research for Team In Training with which she experienced being a participant, mentor and honoree co-captain.
